Good value
I appreciate that WildHaven Insurance Brokers shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WildHaven Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
