Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, WildHaven Financial & Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WildHaven Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Lost my documents
WildHaven Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
