Okay but not great
Used WildCreek Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and WildCreek Brokerage walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Lost my documents
WildCreek Brokerage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WildCreek Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Could be better
The rates WildCreek Brokerage found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
