Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Whitfield Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Whitfield Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Whitfield Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
