Could be better
The rates Whitfield Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Whitfield Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Pretty good
Whitfield Insurance Services helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.
