Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Whitfield Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Whitfield Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Whitfield Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Whitfield Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

The rates Whitfield Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
