Lost my documents
WhiteStream Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Good broker

Five stars all around
Switched to WhiteStream Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WhiteStream Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
