Helpful staff
The staff at WhiteRiver Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WhiteRiver Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
