Renewal was painless

Helpful but slow
The broker at WhitePort Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
Used WhitePort Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WhitePort Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
