Helpful staff
The staff at WhiteMount Insurance Agency were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WhiteMount Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WhiteMount Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
