Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WhiteMount Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates WhiteMount Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
WhiteMount Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
