Family business feel
WhiteHill Insurance Advisors has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Multi-policy savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WhiteHill Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
WhiteHill Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
