Poor communication
My biggest issue with WhiteHaven Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WhiteHaven Insurance Partners. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WhiteHaven Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
WhiteHaven Insurance Partners lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
