Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WhiteGlen Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful staff
The staff at WhiteGlen Insurance Services were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WhiteGlen Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job
