Okay but not great
Used WhiteGate Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings

Helpful but slow
The broker at WhiteGate Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WhiteGate Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
