Good value
I appreciate that WhiteField Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with WhiteField Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Pretty good
WhiteField Insurance Agency helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Room for improvement
WhiteField Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
