Slow and unresponsive
WhiteBay Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience

Helpful but slow
The broker at WhiteBay Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Couldn't be happier
