Poor communication
My biggest issue with White Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
White Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
