Spoke to Kate on the phone to arrange some auto insurance and it was a very easy process. She took the time to explain some of the details and was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the company, fantastic service received.

I had a really serious issue with this company. A banking error occurred on my account, and I never received any notification by email or regular mail—even though I was expecting clear communication based on standard industry practices. Because of that, I ended up driving two of my cars without insurance for over a month, and I only discovered it by chance. When I reached out, I didn’t feel there was any real accountability taken for the situation or the risks it created. That lack of communication and responsibility was a huge red flag for me. I’m sharing my experience so others know what they might be walking into. In my case, I can’t recommend this company and would advise people to be extremely careful and double-check everything.

I’ve run into a major problem with this company, and it’s been nothing but a headache from start to finish. A serious issue came up with my policy, and trying to reach anyone for help felt almost impossible. Phone calls, messages — it didn’t matter. Getting through to an actual person who could explain or resolve anything was basically a lost cause. When you’re dealing with something as important as insurance, communication shouldn’t feel like chasing a ghost. Yet that’s exactly what my experience turned into. There was no clarity, no support, and no real way to talk to someone when things went wrong. It’s frustrating and honestly pretty alarming to be left in the dark about something this important. After what I went through, I really can’t recommend this company. Make sure you stay on top of every detail if you choose to deal with them, because you might be on your own when problems show up.

Reccomend you go elsewhere unless you want shitty attitude from the lady brokers there, and enjoy waiting a week plus for them to return a call or email. I dealt elizabeth and 9 days later she still had not got ahold of me, even after i called 2 times again asking for her and requesting some sort of return communicarion. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and looks into how the employees are doing thier jobs. Not at all professional or respectful service. Sad

Came here for auto insurance and dealt with Shannon. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with, she answered my questions and phone calls. She explained everything to me so I could understand it better than I was. She was very patient with me and handled everything for me so well.
