Solid broker
WestWood Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WestWood Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with WestWood Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
