Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WestWood Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
WestWood Brokerage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Mississauga. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Slow and unresponsive
WestWood Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WestWood Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
