Solid broker
WestStone Financial & Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with WestStone Financial & Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WestStone Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WestStone Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
