Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with WestStar Brokerage. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WestStar Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for home insurance

Room for improvement
WestStar Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
