Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WestSpring Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates WestSpring Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WestSpring Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
