Exceptional claims handling

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WestRock Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
WestRock Insurance Solutions helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Kitchener. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
