Solid broker
WestRock Insurance Advisors is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with WestRock Insurance Advisors. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WestRock Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
