Lost my documents
WestRidge Brokerage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
WestRidge Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
