Helpful but slow
The broker at WestLeaf Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Fair pricing
WestLeaf Brokerage offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WestLeaf Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience
