Does the job
WestLake Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Fort St. John. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WestLake Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
