Room for improvement
WestGate Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
WestGate Brokerage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Okay but not great
Used WestGate Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
