Solid broker
WestDale Insurance Brokers is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Lost my documents
WestDale Insurance Brokers lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WestDale Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Smooth transition

Disappointing experience

Helpful but slow
