Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WestCreek Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through WestCreek Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WestCreek Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
