Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WestBay Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
WestBay Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates WestBay Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
