Solid broker
West & Ross Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at West & Ross Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
