Smooth transition

Great for bundling

Could be better
The rates West & Robinson Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with West & Robinson Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
