Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about West & Price Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with West & Price Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Solid broker
West & Price Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
West & Price Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
