Reliable broker
Been with West & Morris Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with West & Morris Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and West & Morris Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

The rates West & Morris Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
