Good broker

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from West & Miller Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
West & Miller Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Smooth transition
