Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to West & Kent Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Slow and unresponsive
West & Kent Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at West & Kent Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
