Good value
I appreciate that West Insurance Ltd. shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
West Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at West Insurance Ltd. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
