Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through West Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about West Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
