Good value
I appreciate that West & Gilbert Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful staff
The staff at West & Gilbert Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with West & Gilbert Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
