Lost my documents
West & Fraser Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about West & Fraser Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job
