Great experience!

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about West & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with West & Co. Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with West & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
