Could be better
The rates West & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around
Switched to West & Co. Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with West & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
