Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, West & Bell Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with West & Bell Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with West & Bell Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
