Could be better
The rates Wells & Ward Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Slow and unresponsive
Wells & Ward Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
