Could be better
The rates Wells & Riley Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Reliable broker
Been with Wells & Riley Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Good broker
Wells & Riley Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wells & Riley Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
Wells & Riley Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Markham. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
