Family business feel

Room for improvement
Wells & Morris Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wells & Morris Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
