Helpful but slow
The broker at Wells & McMillan Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Wells & McMillan Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wells & McMillan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great experience!

Room for improvement
Wells & McMillan Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Fair pricing
Wells & McMillan Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Slow and unresponsive
Wells & McMillan Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
